No Panels or Menu bars loading on LXDE

No panels or menu bar are loading on LXDE.

Firstly run lxpanel on terminal to see if lxpanel is configured correctly. If it runs then lxpanel is configured correctly its just not auto starting on login.

To fix the issue simply copy all the contents from
/etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart to $HOME/.config/lxsession/LXDE/autostart

If $HOME/.config/lxsession does not exist then copy the /etc/xdg/lxsession folder to $HOME/.config/lxsession
Now reboot and lxpanel should load.
